I’m a passionate and dedicated runner whose love for the sport goes beyond the finish line. After recently completing an online certificate in Running Repairs, I’ve developed strong knowledge in injury prevention, biomechanics, and sustainable performance. I’ve been running from a young age and now coach runners of all abilities, from beginners to experienced athletes. I deliver weekly training plans through Strava, adjusting and progressing each athlete’s programme based on their development week to week. My coaching focuses on balance, proper form, and long-term enjoyment of running, while fostering a positive and supportive environment. Coaching is €29 per month.
